  • The Customer shall not be charged any additional costs for the delivery in addition to the Purchase Price if the Customer orders at least 20 m3 of the Product at a time or if the total value of the Product ordered reaches the amount specified in the “Logistics and Repair Services” chapter of the effective Price List, and the Product is delivered to the Delivery Address with a maximum 120 m3 volume sheeted truck with a trailer and the address is accessible on a well-maintained, unobstructed and paved road.

  • If BACHL fails to deliver the Products to the Delivery Address within the delivery period agreed in the Confirmation for reasons attributable to BACHL, save for force majeure, the Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the Purchase Order or to claim a proportionate reduction of the Purchase Price for late performance.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, BACHL delivers the Products to the Delivery Address by involving a carrier.

  • If the unloading of the Product is not completed within 2 hours following the arrival of ▇▇▇▇▇’s vehicle at the Delivery Address, ▇▇▇▇▇ will charge the waiting time fee specified in the “Logistics and Repair Services” chapter of the effective Price List for each commenced half hour.

  • If no one is present at the Delivery Address, the time at which no one is present shall serve as the time at which GLS has fulfilled its delivery obligation.

  • If the Customer fails to inform ▇▇▇▇▇, if possible at the time of placing the Purchase Order, but at least 3 business days in advance, that access to the Delivery Address with a 120 m3 truck is not possible, or that the access is subject to a fee or permit, BACHL shall pay the related costs and invoice these to the Customer.
