  • The Met Office reserves the right at any time during the carrying out of the Works and for a period of 6 years from the Date of Practical Completion to require the Contractor to produce the documentary evidence, and independent verification where applicable, required by clause 9.2.1, for the Met Officeís inspection within 14 days of the Met Officeís written request.

Related to the Date of Practical Completion

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.
