The Credit Limit definition

The Credit Limit means the limit assigned and/or granted by BSN from time to time to the Cardholder which limit may be varied by BSN from time to time by giving the Cardholder adequate prior notice before the effective date of variation.
The Credit Limit means a dollar amount set by us which may be amended by us from time to time and which reflects the credit we have agreed to extend to you at a particular point in time; and
The Credit Limit means a dollar amount set by us which may be amended by us from time to time.

  • The Credit Limit shall be equal to the amount of the collaterals in place minus any outstanding payment obligations.

  • FTR Credit Limit means the amount of credit established with PJMSettlement that an FTR Participant has specifically designated to be used for FTR activity in a specific customer account. Any such credit so set aside shall not be considered available to satisfy any other credit requirement the FTR Participant may have with PJMSettlement.

  • Credit Limit means the total dollar amount of the Account which we approved and which you may borrow against according to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Borrowing Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(i).

  • Revolving Credit Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Revolving Credit Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit C-2 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Revolving Credit Lender resulting from the Revolving Credit Loans made by such Revolving Credit Lender to the Borrower.

  • Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Total Commitment at such time and (b) the Borrowing Base at such time (including as it may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.14(h)).

  • Revolving Availability means, at the time of determination, (a) the sum of all Revolving Commitments at such time less (b) the sum of (i) the principal amount of Revolving Loans and Swing Loans made and outstanding at such time and (ii) the LC Outstandings at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Letter of Credit Availability Period the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the Letter of Credit Maturity Date.

  • Revolving Credit Agreement means that certain Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of August 30, 2004 between the Company, certain of its Subsidiaries and the banks and financial institutions listed therein, as such agreement may be replaced, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Revolving Credit Notes means the separate Revolving Credit Notes made by the Borrower payable to the order of each Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, evidencing the Credit Facility, and any amendments and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part; "Note" means any of such Revolving Credit Notes.

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Facility Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) any Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Maximum Credit means the amount of $25,000,000.

  • Revolving Credit means the credit facility for making Revolving Loans and Swing Loans and issuing Letters of Credit described in Sections 1.2, 1.3 and 1.7 hereof.

  • Revolving Credit Obligations means, at any particular time, the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans at such time, plus (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Loans at such time, plus (iii) the outstanding L/C Obligations at such time.

  • Credit Line Agreement means the related credit line account agreement for a Mortgage Loan executed by the related mortgagor and any amendment or modification of it.

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.

  • Revolving Line of Credit means the Commitments of the Lenders to make Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 3 of this Financing Agreement and assist the Companies in opening Letters of Credit, Bankers Acceptances, Steamship Guarantees and Airway Releases pursuant to Section 5 of this Financing Agreement, in an aggregate amount equal to $250,000,000.
