This is to confirm that any direction provided by the Chief Surveillance Commissioner has been followed.
This includes the abolition of the Chief Surveillance Commissioner and Assistant Surveillance Commissioners, including those appointed by the Scottish Ministers for the purposes of overseeing the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Scotland) Act 2000.
