Book-Entry Notes will be issued in accordance with the administrative procedures set forth in Parts I and II hereof, and Certificated Notes will be issued in accordance with the administrative procedures set forth in Parts I and III hereof. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the Indenture shall be used herein as therein defined. Administrative procedures and specific terms of the offerings are explained below.
