The Card Holder definition

The Card Holder means the individual to whom the "Card" (i.e. ATM / Debit Card /TeleBanking) is issued by the Bank Alfalah limited ("Bank"). Where the application for Card is jointly signed by persons maintaining joint account on either or survivor basis, the said person shall be jointly and severally bound by these terms & conditions.

Examples of The Card Holder in a sentence

  • The Card Holder exercising the right of withdrawal is responsible for the expenditures made with using the credit card from the notification of withdrawal until the closure of the credit card by the Bank against any possible use; and the Card Holder is obliged to pay such expenditures to the Bank.
