Any Member(s) of the Board, Committee or Sub- Committee, may ask for an item to be placed on the agenda of a meeting of the Board or that Committee or Sub-Committee.
A summary list of all gifts and hospitality declared by Members of the Board, Committee or Sub Committee will be published on the Corporation’s website.
Any such minutes shall be signed at the same or next suitable meeting of the Board, Committee or Sub Committee by the Chairman of that meeting.
