Examples of the 2004 Regulations in a sentence
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this SFE between a Health Board and a contractor (except one to which paragraph 19.4(a) applies) is to be resolved as a dispute arising out of or in connection with the contractor’s GMS contract, i.e. in accordance with the NHS dispute resolution procedures or by the courts (see Part 7 of Schedule 5 to the 2004 Regulations).
Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions used in this SFE and the 2004 Regulations bear the meaning they bear in the 2004 Regulations.
The Partners agree that they will each cooperate with each other to enable any Partner receiving a request for information under the 2000 Act or the 2004 Regulations to respond to a request promptly and within the statutory timescales.
