THAC means the Thailand Arbitration Center; and

If both parties fail to appoint the third arbitrator, the THAC shall be the appointing authority.
If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center in force at the time, and shall be under the administration of Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC).
The arbitration shall be conducted in Thailand in English and in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the THAC.
