TFQ EBITDA definition
TFQ EBITDA means, as of any date of measurement, Borrower’s consolidated EBITDA for the prior 4 consecutive fiscal quarters ending on such date of measurement.
TFQ EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries for the 4 fiscal quarter period most recently ended.
