TfL Policies definition

TfL Policies means the policies listed in Schedule 24 as may be amended from time to time, copies of which shall be provided to the Franchisee on request;

  • The Service Provider shall use industry standard disk-wipe software and other mechanisms in accordance with Schedule 34: TfL Policies (“TfL’s Secure Erasure and Disposal Policy – IM-S-PO-035”) to make unusable all media that are no longer operational.

  • The Service Provider shall provide TfL access to the Service Provider's Systems to investigate accounts, transactions and images on a read only basis in accordance with Schedule 34: TfL Policies.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Errors and Omissions Policy As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.
