TFF means Tribeca Film Festival, as Tribeca Film Festival is operated as of the date of this Lease or as Tribeca Film Festival may be operated after the date of this Lease provided such operation is substantially similar to Tribeca Film Festival’s operation as of the date of this Lease.

  • During the Standstill Period, the Maker shall not make any sales of equipment or other assets of any kind, including, without limitation, any non-essential laboratory equipment, and the Maker shall comply with Section 10.3 in regard to the TFF devices.
