TFD/TWC Agreement definition
TFD/TWC Agreement means the Term Sheet dated as of December 24, 2009 between TWC and TFD, as such agreement may be amended, modified or otherwise supplemented (in each case solely to the extent relating to or affecting the Film) with the prior written consent of the Lender (not to be unreasonably withheld).
