Texas Tax Liens Schedule definition

Texas Tax Liens Schedule means with respect to any one or more Texas Tax Liens to be sold and conveyed by the Seller to the Depositor or by the Depositor to the Issuer on any date, the schedule (which may be in the form of a computer file) of such Texas Tax Liens, which shall be substantially in the form of Schedule I to the Purchase Agreement or Schedule I to the Transfer Agreement, as applicable.

  • Real Property Documents means any material contract or agreement constituting or creating an estate or interest in any portion of the Site, including, without limitation, the Lease Agreements and the Subleases.

  • Transaction Liens means the Liens granted by the Lien Grantors under the Security Documents.

  • Permitted Encumbrance means, with respect to any Mortgaged Property, such exceptions to title as are set forth in the title insurance policy or title commitment delivered with respect thereto, all of which exceptions must be acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.
