Texas Tax Lien definition

Texas Tax Lien means the Texas State Tax Lien which was filed for record by the State of Texas against the property of Continental Gas Processing LLC in Dallas County, Texas, on January 3, 2005, recorded in volume 003, Page 6848 and issued on February 18, 2005.”
Texas Tax Lien means the Tax Liens sold by the Seller to the Depositor and by the Depositor to the Issuer pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the Transfer Agreement, respectively, on the Closing Date and thereafter, any Subsequent Texas Tax Liens and Substitute Texas Tax Liens transferred to the Issuer pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the Transfer Agreement, together with the related Texas Tax Lien Documents and all related assets.
Texas Tax Lien. Any Eligible Tax Liens where the related Property is located in the State of Texas.

  • Priority Tax Claims means Claims of governmental units of the kind specified in section 507(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Non-United States Tax Person Any Person other than a United States Tax Person.

  • Secured Tax Claim means any Secured Claim that, absent its secured status, would be entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code (determined irrespective of time limitations), including any related Secured Claim for penalties.

  • Consolidated federal income tax return means a consolidated return filed for federal income tax purposes pursuant to section 1501 of the Internal Revenue Code.
