Texas Business Organizations Code definition

Texas Business Organizations Code means the Texas Business Organizations Code, as amended.
Texas Business Organizations Code or “TBOC” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Texas Business Organizations Code means the Business Organizations Code of the State of Texas, as in effect from time to time.

  • Delaware Business Trust Act means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code Section 3801 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time.

  • DLLCA means the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

  • Parent organization means the entity named in Item I. of the Policy Declarations.

  • FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation;
