Tex Side Letter definition

Tex Side Letter means that certain Side Letter, dated as of October 2, 2014, by and among the Company, TWG, Xxx Xxxxxxx Transportation, LLC, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx as Trustee of The Joy and Xxxxx Xxxxxx Revocable Trust and Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx as Trustee of The Jordan Family Irrevocable Trust.

Line Side connections offer only those transmission and signal features appropriate for a connection between an End Office and such terminating station.

  • Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

  • Refinancing Facility Agreement means a Refinancing Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, among Holdings, the Borrower, each Subsidiary of the Borrower party to this Agreement, the Agent and one or more Refinancing Lenders, establishing Refinancing Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.26.

  • Reimbursement Agreement as defined in Section 2.8(b).

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.
