Test of Resources means the same financial test of resources that is established by the Government for the assessment of applicants for Disabled Facilities Grants.

Examples of Test of Resources in a sentence

  • Landed Resources means when the Contractor or its Sub-contractor causes foreign nationals to be brought to the United Kingdom, to provide the Services.

  • Historic resource means a publicly or privately owned historic building, structure, site, object, feature, or open space located within an historic district designated by the national register of historic places, the state register of historic sites, or a local unit acting under the local historic districts act, 1970 PA 169, MCL 399.201 to 399.215, or that is individually listed on the state register of historic sites or national register of historic places, and includes all of the following:

  • SRS means the scheme referred to by the Ministry of Finance as the Supplementary Retirement Scheme or such other scheme as shall replace or supersede the Supplementary Retirement Scheme from time to time.

  • Water resources means all waters of the state occurring on the surface, in natural or artificial channels, lakes, reservoirs, or impoundments, and in subsurface aquifers, which are available, or which may be made available to agricultural, industrial, commercial, recreational, public, and domestic users;

  • economic resources means assets of every kind, whether tangible or intangible, movable or immovable, which are not funds, but may be used to obtain funds, goods or services;

  • energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Genetic resources means genetic material of actual or potential value;

This includes a resource that is limited by a governmental authority to operating only during declared PJM capacity emergencies.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Measured Mineral Resource means that part of a Mineral Resource for which quantity, grade or quality, densities, shape, and physical characteristics are so well established that they can be estimated with confidence sufficient to allow the appropriate application of technical and economic parameters, to support production planning and evaluation of the economic viability of the deposit.
