Test Fit Plans definition

Test Fit Plans means, collectively, (i) the preliminary test fit plans showing the general layout of the Premises upon completion of the Landlord’s Work, prepared by the Architect, (ii) the preliminary equipment list for the Landlord’s Work, and (iii) the conceptual budget for the Landlord’s Work, each as approved by both Landlord and Tenant in accordance with the provisions of this Article 4. Without limitation, the Test Fit Plans shall designate which of the Flex Areas initially shall be constructed as Lab Areas and which of the Flex Areas initially shall be constructed as Office Areas.

Examples of Test Fit Plans in a sentence

  • Landlord and Tenant have approved (i) that certain design narrative for the Expansion Premises in the form attached hereto as Schedule II (the “Design Narrative”) and (ii) those certain Test Fit Plans prepared by Gensler on October 26, 2009, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule III (the “Test Fit Plans,” and together with the Design Narrative, the “Approved Working Drawings”).

  • Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord, the Architect, and the Contractor in connection with the preparation of each of the Test Fit Plans, the Permit Set Plans, and the Construction Set Plans, and, promptly after request therefor, shall respond to requests for information and authorizations in connection therewith.

  • The above submissions made by Tenant or Tenant’s Architect shall be in accordance with the Test Fit Plans.

  • Landlord shall direct the Architect to revise the respective element of the proposed Test Fit Plans to address Tenant’s objections, if any, and to deliver the revised proposed Test Fit Plans to Tenant for its approval.

  • Subject to Section 9.3(b) below, Tenant’s proposed laboratory/research uses (including vivarium uses) referenced above may from time to time include the specialized facilities shown on Tenant’s Test Fit Plans (as defined on Exhibit B) and as further described on Exhibit B-3 attached hereto, in accordance with construction documents from time to time prepared by Tenant and approved by Landlord in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit B or Section 10.5, as the case may be.

  • The approval by Tenant of the proposed Test Fit Plans shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, unless the proposed Test Fit Plans (i) are materially inconsistent with the Landlord’s Work Design Narrative attached hereto as Exhibit D-3, or (ii) would materially and adversely affect the use of the Premises by Tenant for its intended business operations.

  • Any plans or requirements which are provided by Tenant or Tenant’s Architect to Landlord and which are outside of the scope of the Test Fit Plans shall be considered a Change Order (as defined below).

  • Tenant and Landlord shall continue to follow the revision, delivery and notice of objections procedure and schedule set forth above until Tenant approves the proposed Test Fit Plans.

  • Landlord shall remove existing carpet and then install, via direct glue to floor slab, new carpet tile CP1 and CP2 within the interior of the 7th Floor Premises as indicated on the Test Fit Plans.

  • The “Scheduled Test Fit Plans Approval Date” shall mean September 4, 2020; provided, however, said date shall be extended on a day-for-day basis for each day of Landlord Delay.
