Tesla Vehicle definition

Tesla Vehicle means any vehicle manufactured by or on behalf of the Company from time to time, such as Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, Cybertruck, Cybercab, Semi, or any other new vehicle, including variants of existing vehicles, that is intended to substantially perform or provide similar functionality as vehicles currently manufactured by the Company (it being understood that any Bots shall not be considered Tesla Vehicles). For purposes of clarity, a product or service may count towards one or more Product Goals. For example, a Tesla Vehicle Delivered by the Company that uses FSD by means of a subscription that is paid to the Company and is placed into commercial operation as a Robotaxi may count towards Operational Milestones 1, 2 and 4.

Tesla Vehicle means a Tesla automobile together with all accessories, parts and additions constituting a part thereof, and all accessions thereto.

Tesla Vehicle means the electrically powered passenger sport motor vehicle (and subsequent model updates of such vehicle) incorporating the Product to be designed and developed by TESLA in line with the Outline Product Specification set out in Appendix 1 and the Design Specification and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and sold and marketed by TESLA in the Territory. For the purposes of this definition “model updates” means updates to the TESLA Vehicle not amounting to the new versions or entirely new models of the TESLA Vehicle;

Examples of Tesla Vehicle in a sentence

  • The Final Offer is only valid against the purchase of a Tesla Vehicle and expires immediately after delivery of the Tesla Vehicle.

  • Seller must order a Tesla Vehicle within 7 days from the date the Estimated Offer was sent to Seller, otherwise the Estimated Offer will lapse.

  • If the order for a Tesla Vehicle is made within these 7 days, Tesla will provide Seller a Final Offer.

  • If Seller has ordered a Tesla Vehicle and he has requested an offer on his Trade-in Vehicle, Tesla will provide Seller a revocable Final Offer, subject to the Seller providing all required information regarding the Trade-in Vehicle.

  • Subject to the delivery of the Trade-in Vehicle to Tesla, Tesla will apply the price under the Final Offer towards the purchase price of the Tesla Vehicle on the terms of Tesla’s Motor Vehicle Order Agreement.

  • Tesla will not issue or may revoke a Final Offer if the Tesla Vehicle ordered is registered in a different jurisdiction than the Tesla entity.

  • For Your convenience, You may use the Tesla Vehicle Extended Service Cancellation Form attached to this Vehicle ESA.

  • If the Tesla Vehicle is not delivered within 60 calendar days following Tesla’s provision of the Final Offer, the Final Offer automatically expires.

  • Tesla will not be held liable for any delayed delivery of a Tesla Vehicle.
