Territory Supply Agreement definition

Territory Supply Agreement means any agreement between Wxxxxx or its Affiliate and Catalent (or any other Contract Manufacturer) for commercial supply of the Product for the Territory and/or any agreement between Wxxxxx or its Affiliate and [*] (or any other Contract Manufacturer) for packaging of the Product for the Territory.
