Terms of this Policy means all terms, limitations, definitions, provisions, exception, warranties and conditions incorporated in this Policy either at the time of its issue, or subsequently by signed Memoranda or Endorsements thereon.

  • NON-CANCELLATION CLAUSE The Company undertakes to obtain consent of the Owners/Lessors specified in the Schedule prior to their cancellation of the Policy if instructions have been received for the cancellation of the Policy and also to advise the Owners/Lessors specified immediately of any other material changes which are proposed to be made in the Terms of this Policy.

Related to Terms of this Policy

  • Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) the Note Principal Balance of the Obligations is zero; (ii) any period during which any Scheduled Payment could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law shall have expired and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.
