Termination Wind Down Period definition

Termination Wind Down Period has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5. “Title Company” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Related to Termination Wind Down Period

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.
