Termination Shares definition

Termination Shares means the vested Shares owned by a Terminated Shareholder.

Termination Shares means the number of Shares that is the subject of the relevant Optional Termination Notice. Any notice given in accordance with this provision may be given in writing or orally, including by telephone.
