The Executive's Supplemental Benefit shall be paid commencing as of the later of the end of the Compensation Period or the date the Executive actually attains (or would have attained but for death) the age of fifty-five. If payment of the Executive's Supplemental Benefit commences at a date prior to the Executive's Normal Retirement Date, the Executive shall be deemed to have satisfied all of the conditions and requirements described in Section 3 for purposes of computing the amount of his Supplemental Benefit.
