Termination and Release Agreements definition

Termination and Release Agreements means the Termination and Release Agreements pursuant to which Buyer releases Seller from any further obligations under the Shell Contracts and SDFL releases Seller from any further obligations under Contract No. S10971 as set forth in Exhibit D.
