Terminated Territory means each country or jurisdiction with respect to which this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 12.2.2 or pursuant to Section 12.3, or, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the entire Territory.
Terminated Territory means each Major Market with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by Licensor pursuant to Section 13.2.2, each country with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by AbbVie pursuant to Section 13.3.2, or, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the entire Territory.
