Terminated Products shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.3(a).

Terminated Products means (a) if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, all Licensed Compounds and all Licensed Products under this Agreement, (b) if this Agreement is terminated in part with respect to a Program for the entire Territory, all Licensed Compounds and all Licensed Products that are the subject of such Program in the Territory, or (c) if this Agreement is terminated in part with respect to a Program for a Major Region, all Licensed Compounds and all Licensed Products that are the subject of such Program in such Major Region.

Upon termination of this Agreement in its entirety or in part by Arrowhead pursuant to [***], in each case after the Technology Transfer Date, the following terms will apply with respect to this Agreement and the Terminated Products [***].
