Terminated Member definition

Terminated Member means a person who has ceased to be a Member pursuant to Section 4.6.

• Rights, obligations, and payments applicable to time periods prior to the Termination Date shall be honored by SPP and the Terminated Member.

• Payments in fulfillment of any such obligations and allocated costs shall commence on the date that the costs of such transmission facilities are reflected in SPP’s generally applicable rates, unless SPP and the Terminated Member agree to an alternate date.

• Terminated Member Companies shall nevertheless continue to be liable for any and all obligations incurred prior to the end of the calendar year in which such notice is given, including, but not limited to, the obligation to pay a pro rata share of any Corporation expense.
