Terminally Ill Person definition

Terminally Ill Person means a Covered Person who has an anticipated life expectancy of six (6) months or less as determined by the Covered Person’s Physician.
Terminally Ill Person means a person who is medically certified to be suffering from a serious illness whose life is not expected to go beyond twenty four months at the maximum from the date of diagnosis of the same illness;
