Each Fiscal Year during the Term, at the time the Port reviews the Airport budget with the AAAC (in July or September each year), the Port shall provide Airline and the AAAC with the Port’s annual space update, displaying the Port’s then- current determinations of the characterization, locations and measurements of each type of Terminal space leased to any Air Carrier or otherwise affecting the calculation of rates and charges under this Article 8.
