Terminal Employee definition

Terminal Employee means an Employee other than an On-Train Employee.
Terminal Employee means each individual set forth on Appendix E to this Agreement.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Transferred Employee” shall refer to each Terminal Employee who accepts or does not reject an offer of employment with the Company as provided for in this Section 7.20.

Contributions or benefits provided a Leased Employee by the leasing organization which are attributable to services performed for the recipient Employer shall be treated as provided by the recipient Employer. Furthermore, Compensation for a Leased Employee shall only include compensation from the leasing organization that is attributable to services performed for the recipient Employer.

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.
