  • Upon selection of both the Licensed Materials and the Term of Use, the Fee shall be automatically calculated and debited from the remaining eDAcard Balance.

  • If any provision of this Term of Use is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, you agree that any remaining portion of that provision, and all other provisions of this Term of Use, shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law in order to give effect to the parties' intentions.

  • The Term of Use for the Licensed Materials provided thereunder shall commence on the Effective Date for the Order and continue as set forth in the Order, unless the applicable Order is terminated as provided in Part II, Section 5.2 (Termination of an Order) below.

Related to Term of Use
