Examples of Term of this Plan in a sentence

  • Other Positions as May Be Established by the Board of School Directors during the Term of this Plan.

  • During the Term of this Plan, the Company shall reserve authorized share capital at an amount sufficient to satisfy applicable requirements under this Plan.

  • Such payment under this Section 4.2 shall be allocated among the Participants based upon their respective points in effect on last day of the Term of this Plan or the date the Majority in Interest earlier elects (as applicable), in the same manner as specified in Article 3 above.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Company’s notice of its intent not to extend the Term of this Plan with respect to a Participant shall be treated as a termination of the Participant by the Company without Cause.

  • On each anniversary of the Effective Date of this Plan, commencing on the first anniversary of the Effective Date, this Plan shall be extended automatically an additional year, thus extending the Term of this Plan to three years from such date, unless the Company shall have given notice of termination or non-renewal hereof to the Participant or the Participant shall have given notice of termination to the Company, as provided herein.

Related to Term of this Plan

  • Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) the Note Principal Balance of the Obligations is zero; (ii) any period during which any Scheduled Payment could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law shall have expired and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.

  • Term of this Lease or “Term” means the time during which this Lease is in effect, as provided for in Article 3 of this Site Lease.

  • Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.

  • Severance Term means the six (6) month period following Employee’s termination by the Company without Just Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Employee for Good Reason; provided, that if such termination occurs within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, the Severance Term shall be the twelve (12) month period following such termination.

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Policy Term means the term of this Policy as specified in the Schedule;

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Commencement Date means the date fourteen (14) days after the date the Contract comes into effect or any other date named in the Contract Data.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Reemployment Commencement Date means the date on which an Employee who terminates employment with the Employer and all Related Employers first performs an Hour of Service following such termination of employment.

  • Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on September 15, 2016 (“Expiration Date”).”
