Term of Non-Competition means the period of time beginning on the Effective Date and continuing until 5:00 p.m., Dallas, Texas time, on the first anniversary of the Date of Termination.

Accordingly, Employee agrees that the provisions in this Section 9 shall have a duration determined pursuant to Section 9(a), computed from the date the legal or equitable relief is granted.
