Examples of Term Loan Borrower in a sentence

Subject to the prior satisfaction of all other applicable conditions to the making of a Term Loan set forth in this Agreement, to obtain a Term Loan, Borrower shall notify the Lenders (which notice shall be irrevocable) by electronic mail, facsimile, or telephone by 12:00 noon Eastern time three (3) Business Days prior to the date the Term Loan is to be made.
If any new Law or regulation increases a Lenders costs or reduces its income for any Term Loan, Borrower shall pay the increase in cost or reduction in income or additional expense; provided, however, that Borrower shall not be liable for any amount attributable to any period before one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the date such Lender notifies Borrower of such increased costs.
When Borrower desires a Term Loan, Borrower will notify Agent (which notice shall be irrevocable) by facsimile (or by telephone, provided that such telephonic notice shall be promptly confirmed in writing, but in any event on or before the following Business Day) on the date that is ten (10) Business Days prior to the day the Term Loan is to be made (or such shorter period of time as Agent may agree).
For each Term Loan, Borrower shall make an advance payment of interest on the date of funding such Term Loan for the period from such date to and including the last day of the month in which such Term Loan was so made.
Subject to the prior satisfaction of all other applicable conditions to the making of a Term Loan set forth in this Agreement, to obtain a Term Loan, Borrower shall notify the Lenders (which notice shall be irrevocable) by electronic mail, facsimile, or telephone by 12:00 noon Eastern time five (5) Business Days prior to the date the Term Loan is to be made.
