Definition of Term Loan Allocation Ratio

  1. Term Loan Allocation Ratio means (a) for the Floating Rate Tranche means the ratio, expressed as a percentage, determined by dividing (i) the Floating Rate Term Commitment by (ii) the Aggregate Term Commitment; and (b) for the Fixed Rate Tranche means the ratio, expressed as a percentage, determined by dividing (i) the Fixed Rate Term Commitment by (ii) the Aggregate Term Commitment.
