Term Interest Rate Period definition

Term Interest Rate Period means each fixed period of time during which a Term Interest Rate is in effect.
Term Interest Rate Period means each period of six months or more during which a Term Interest Rate is in effect.
Term Interest Rate Period means each period during which a Term Interest Rate is in effect.

  • During any Term Interest Rate Period, interest on the Bonds shall be computed upon the basis of a 360-day year, consisting of twelve 30-day months.
