Definition of Term Guarantee and Collateral Agreement


Term Guarantee and Collateral Agreement means the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement dated as of March 30, 2007, among the Company, the Subsidiary Loan Parties and the Term Collateral Agent, as amended, restated, replaced, renewed, extended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified in writing from time to time.

Examples of Term Guarantee and Collateral Agreement in a sentence

This Agreement or any provision hereof may not be changed, waived, or terminated except in accordance with the provisions of the Term Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Term Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, the terms of the Term Guarantee and Collateral Agreement shall control.
The security interest granted hereby is granted in conjunction with the security interest granted by the Grantors to the Secured Parties under the Term Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
