term certain in relation to a tenancy means any definite period of certain duration whether or not the tenancy is renewable for further such periods.
term certain means an Employee who is appointed to a position that is greater than 30 (thirty) calendar days and has a definite time period of appointment not to exceed twenty (20) months. A term-certain Employee may be either full-time or part-time.
