The Term B Commitments are not revolving in nature, and amounts repaid or prepaid prior to the Term B Maturity Date may not be reborrowed.
The Borrower shall pay the entire remaining unpaid principal amount of the Term B Loan on the Term B Maturity Date (or in the case of any Incremental Term B Loan, on such other maturity date applicable thereto as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term B Loan Amendment).

From the date 90 days following ------------------------ the Closing -101- Date until the Term B Maturity Date, the Borrower shall cause the Parent to obtain and thereafter maintain Interest Rate Agreements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, sufficient to ensure that 30% of the Parent's Total Indebtedness, measured as of each day during such period, shall be covered by such Interest Rate Agreements or shall have a fixed rate of interest reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
