More Definitions of Term B Loans

Term B Loans means (a) the term loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a), and (b) any Incremental Term Loans in the form of Term B Loans made by the Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(c).
Term B Loans means a term loan “B” facility as such term is understood in the leveraged finance market and which is marketed primarily to institutional investors and any increase to any Term Facility constituting Term B Loans. Term Facilities constituting Term B Loans are so designated on the Facilities Schedule.
Term B Loans means, collectively, the Term B-1 Dollar Loans, the Term B-1 Euro Loans, the Term B-2 Loans and the Term B-3 Loans.
Term B Loans means a Term B USD Loan or a Term B EUR Loan.
