Definition of Term B Loan Debt

  1. Term B Loan Debt means all Indebtedness owing by Borrowers and Guarantors to Term B Term Loan Agent and Term B Term Lenders, including principal, interest, charges, fees, premiums, indemnities, costs and expenses, however evidenced, whether as principal, surety, endorser, guarantor or otherwise, arising under the Term B Loan Financing Agreements.
