Definition of Term B-2 Borrowing


Term B-2 Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of Term B-2 Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by (a) each of the Initial Term B-2 Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(e) and (b) each of the Additional Term B-2 Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(f).

Examples of Term B-2 Borrowing in a sentence

In addition, the parties hereto agree that such Initial Term B-2 Borrowing shall have an Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate of 1.00%.
Each Term B-2 Lender hereby consents to (i) an Interest Period beginning on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date and ending on February 28, 2013 in respect of the Eurocurrency Borrowing incurred on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date under the Term B-2 Loans (the Initial Term B-2 Borrowing) and (ii) receipt of the notice of Borrowing in respect of the Initial Term B-2 Borrowing on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date.
Such Term B-2 Borrowing shall consist of Term B-2 Loans made simultaneously by the Term B-2 Lenders in accordance with their respective Term B-2 Commitments.
Each Term B-2 Borrowing shall consist of Term B-2 Advances made simultaneously by the Term B-2 Lenders ratably according to their Term B-2 Commitments.
The Term B2 Borrowing shall consist of Term B2 Loans made simultaneously by the Term B Lenders in accordance with their respective Term B2 Commitments.
