Term A Loan LIBOR Margin definition

Term A Loan LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate margin from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Term A Loan, as determined by reference to Section 2.5(a).

  • The Revolver Index Margin will be 6.75% per annum, the Term A Loan Index Margin will be 6.75% per annum, the Revolver LIBOR Margin will be 8.00% per annum and the Term A Loan LIBOR Margin will be 8.00%.

  • The Revolver Index Margin and the Term A Loan Index Margin will each be 5.75% per annum, and the Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Term A Loan LIBOR Margin will each be 7.00%.

Related to Term A Loan LIBOR Margin

  • LIBOR Margin has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(c)(ii)(D).

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means a per annum rate of interest payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate on LIBOR Rate Loans, determined by reference to Section 1.6.

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Term Loan Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Term A Loan is defined in Section 2.2(a)(i) hereof.

  • Term Loan Percentage means, with respect to any Term Loan Lender at any time, the percentage of the total outstanding principal balance of the Term Loans represented by the outstanding principal balance of such Term Loan Lender’s Term Loans.

  • Base Rate Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Prime Rate Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

  • Term A Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Eurodollar Margin means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Term Loan B has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Term A Loan Maturity Date means July 18, 2024 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Applicable Base Rate Margin means, with respect to ABR Loans of any Series at any time, the percentage rate per annum specified as the “Applicable Base Rate Margin” for such Series at such time, as determined pursuant to the Pricing Schedule.

  • Note Margin With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the fixed percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note and indicated in Exhibit One hereto as the "NOTE MARGIN," which percentage is added to the Index on each Adjustment Date to determine (subject to rounding in accordance with the related Mortgage Note, the Periodic Cap, the Maximum Mortgage Rate and the Minimum Mortgage Rate) the interest rate to be borne by such Mortgage Loan until the next Adjustment Date.

The aggregate principal amount of the Term A Loan Commitments of all of the Lenders as in effect on the Closing Date is $675,000,000.

  • Prime Rate Margin is set forth on Schedule I hereto.

  • Term Loan Commitment Percentage means, for any Lender, the percentage identified as its Term Loan Commitment Percentage on Schedule 2.1(a), as such percentage may be modified in connection with any assignment made in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.6.
