Definition of Term A-12 Loan Committed Amount


Term A-12 Loan Committed Amount means, for each Term A-12 Lender, the amount set forth in Schedule I to Amendment No. 23 under the row applicable to such Lender in the column entitled "Term A-12 Loan Committed Amount".
