Terbinafine Field means the treatment, diagnosis or prevention of diseases in all indications in humans and animals.

Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.
Membrane filtration means a pressure or vacuum driven separation process in which particulate matter larger than 1 micrometer is rejected by an engineered barrier, primarily through a size-exclusion mechanism, and which has a measurable removal efficiency of a target organism that can be verified through the application of a direct integrity test. Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
