Definition of Tenure-Based Full-Value Awards

Tenure-Based Full-Value Awards means Awards other than Options and Stock Appreciation Rights that are not Performance-Based Awards.

Examples of Tenure-Based Full-Value Awards in a sentence

Notwithstanding anything in this Plan to the contrary, with respect to Tenure-Based Full-Value Awards, the restrictions imposed on such Awards shall not lapse, and the Awards shall not vest, with respect to 100% of the Awards in less than three (3) years; provided, however, that during such three (3)-year period, the restrictions may lapse and the Awards may vest with respect to less than 100% of the value of the Award.
