Tenke JVSA definition

Tenke JVSA means the joint venture and shareholders agreement dated January 16, 2004 between the Borrower (formerly, Tenke Mining Corp.), Tenke Holdings Ltd, TF Holdings Ltd. (formerly, Xxxxxx Holdings Limited), certain individuals and Xxxxxx Dodge Katanga Corporation, as amended to the date hereof, and as may be further amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
