TENDERS means the BIDDER’S submission in response to this TENDER, including the terms of reference, directions, specifications, schedules and requirements, together with all documents of any description and agreements made or to be made pertaining to the method of supplying the EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND/OR SERVICES or to the quantities as shown of acceptable MATERIAL to be furnished under the CONTRACT.
